Ready, Set, Quit: A Smoking Cessation Kit

The free kit includes The “Get Ready, Set, Quit: A Smoking Cessation Kit” booklet which provides steps to quitting, self-evaluation questions, checklists, goal setting, a smoking journal, strategies, and resources, chewing gum, stress ball, highlighter, and follow-up postcards. The booklet was also utilized by the American Lung Association of Maryland, Frostburg University and Loch Raven High School.
